The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means funds earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. The following conditions apply within the wagering limit:

• Certain specific games may be excluded from wagering calculations.
• Wagering must be completed within the set period from the date the bonus is awarded.
